• Use of various CMS tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Later, Tweetdeck etc.) to schedule content in line with the Union's activities, strategic objectives, and values.
• Spearheaded email marketing strategy and design, resulting in a significant open rate increase, from a 30% average, to a 40% average after six months.
• Created a content brand guide to support and empower fellow staff and stakeholders in the creation of content, through sub-editing and coordination – potentially also including ghost-written content where appropriate.

In the Moral and Beliefs Lab (MaB), I worked as a Research Assistant for Professsor Ryan McKay at Royal Holloway, investigating questions relating to the psychology behind religiosity and delusions. I assisted in research support of data processing operations for large survey research projects and catalogued data and research into excel databases. I also collaborated with the leadership team to identify relevant questions and determine best methods of collection. I was tasked with recording data and analyzing statistical data using both modern and traditional methods (i.e. SPSS, MatLab, R).

Co-Founder
Omusaré Records
August 2018 - Present

A self-release record label dedicated to releasing house and techno music that I started alongside a friend. We generated more than 2,000,000 in Spotify streams and over 100,000 monthly listeners with successful marketing approaches. Our releases have also been picked up by major electronic music outlets such as DJ Mag, Earmilk and official Spotify Editorial playlists. I also maintained relationships with notable industry outlets, professionals and tastemakers such as DJ Mag, Earmilk, BBC Introducing and more. I created eye catching digital design collateral (e.g. branded album covers) using Adobe CC to strengthen label brand and identity.

Marketing and Content Coordinator

No Particular Order is a non-profit electronic music record label, website and party brand based in Hertfordshire I started with three friends. Since launch, we have signed 11 artists and released six EPs/albums. We’ve thrown 13 events across Loughborough, Leeds and London, and have raised over £4,300 for Leeds Mind and MAP charities. I helped to manage all social media channels and create original original written and graphical content. I also assisted in the planning and promotion of events and created marketing campaigns for releases. I played an instrumental role in creative planning and review sessions, working with resourceful team to elevate quality of content and designs.
